THE ROLE
The Program Adviser will provide business subject matter expertise related to Hii P, Hii PRepairs and the maintenance processes for Public Housing to improve the service delivery for both clients and staff through existing technology channels such as Housing Vic Online Services and Hii PConnect.
The position will support the Public Housing Maintenance Modernisation program and is responsible for the delivery of a program of complex system enhancements, including business requirement elicitation, test case development, execution and delivery.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

Contribute to the full life cycle of projects to meet departmental objectives including:
Assisting in research, analysis and implementation of projects based on defined outcomes and outputs
Supporting the development and delivery of projects or sub-projects and their successful delivery and completion within resourcing, timeline and budget parameters
Contributing to the monitoring and evaluation of projects to ensure departmental objectives are met

Provide effective support to service delivery sites in the implementation and use of client systems.
Undertake system user acceptance testing and assess and action data fix requirements to ensure system maintenance.
