Role Overview As the Client Associate based in our Sydney office, you will proactively support the senior team, handling administrative tasks to ensure media campaigns run smoothly.
This role provides foundational knowledge of media processes and an introduction to the media industry.
Typical Day This role is ideal for starting and developing a career in media.
Reporting to the Client Manager and Client Director, you will learn about media planning and buying, and gain exposure to advertising best practices across various verticals.
Collaborate with internal and external teams, fostering effective relationships with clients, agency partners, and media owners.
Support the execution and optimization of video/TV, audio, and outdoor campaigns.
Coordinate with media and creative agencies to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
Assist with document preparation, including WIP reports, post-campaign analysis, final buys, contact reports, and timeline management.
Support campaign analysis, client engagement, reporting, and presentations.
About You Enthusiastic about learning the media and advertising landscape, especially traditional media.
Strong business acumen with an aptitude for data analysis and insights.
Basic skills in Excel, Power Point, and Word.
Tech-savvy with problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
