We are hiring a Development Manager to support the growth of UNSW's fundraising program.
This is a great opportunity drive significant social impact in areas such as human rights, education, First Nations priorities and entrepreneurship.
Reporting to the Head of Development, you will build and manage a personal portfolio of around 100 major gifts prospects to raise funds in partnership with the Faculties of Art, Design & Architecture, Law & Justice, and the School of Business.
You will be joining an established fundraising team, passionate about working with others to make a difference.
While this role currently has no direct reports, you will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members.
Skills And Experience Experience in major giving fundraising and securing high net worth gifts Significant relationship management and high interpersonal skills Proven ability to navigate complexity with integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment.
