What does the job look like?
The Application Support Analyst will engage with internal and external stakeholders to provide support for the ATM Network across the entire business.
You will monitor, investigate, analyse and troubleshoot incidents using MS SQL, MS Excel, ATM Journals and support files.
Key areas include:

Monitoring inbound incident queue, performing level one analysis of ATM and ATM network performance issues
Analysing and investigating ATM Monitoring incidents, escalating to the proper software development team and communicating to customers
Effectively working with customers, suppliers and team members solving often 'one-off' technical problems in the domain of ATMs
Performing daily support activities including running reports
Scheduling of daily batch jobs in Proview to maintain software integrity across the ATM network, including analysis of daily software inventory reports

Are you the one?
You have a curious and analytical mindset, are passionate about learning and can thrive in an environment where not all tasks are process-driven.
You can demonstrate:

Excellent problem solving and analysis skills
Experience working in software application analysis and support
Have Experience and/or familiarity with SQL Databases in any programming language
Good knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables and charting for both reporting and analysis)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
