About the role:
Lead and manage the supply chain and procurement activities with 2 direct reportsDevelop and implement strategies to streamline supply chain and procurement processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal levels and Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery to meet production needs.Drive system transformation to MS Dynamics, ensuring a smooth transition and full integration across all relevant functions.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favourable terms and ensuring timely delivery of materials.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.About you:Proven experience in a supply chain and procurement management role within the manufacturing industry.Experience with MS Dynamics or similar ERP systems, with a track record of successful system transformations.Strong knowledge of inventory management, JIT principles, and procurement best practices.Strong problem solving skills and commercial acumenTertiary qualification in supply chain, logistics, commerce or similar disciplineBenefits:
