The National Facilities Manager will provide leadership and strategic direction for facility management planning, operations, policy and service delivery.

Key Accountabilities
Develop and lead a strategic framework and plan for the delivery of hard and soft services facility management across the business sites incorporating a new service delivery model for facility management operationsDrive and oversee the performance of the facility management operations including maintenance services, environmental and sustainability programs, safety, business risk and and continuity management strategiesDevelop and implement agreed performance goals, standards and KPI's to inform capital and operational budgetsDevelop reporting and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of facility management operations and asset managementAct as the primary escalation point for urgent, complex or highly sensitive operational issues, determining appropriate responses and the need for further escalationOversee the project management of national minor workplace reconfigurationsSupport the national development of the Property Strategy and lease renewal process, including the drafting of associated business casesKey Requirements
Significant experience in a facilities management and people leadership role for a complex, matrixed organisationDemonstrated expertise in contemporary facilities management practices, facilities operations, contracts management, health and safety practices in the workplace and in associated corporate communicationsDemonstrated experience in the development and management of project budgets, cost modelling and in assessing and managing contracts of workDemonstrated ability to build effective relationships internally and externally with clients, intermediaries and service providersDemonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communicartion toolsComprehensive knowledge of all aspects of statutory legislation pertaining to facilities operations and in Workcover legislationTo apply for this role, please send an up-to-date resume to
