We are seeking an innovative an experienced Facilities Manager for a strategic client account managing an exciting recently developed commercial property in the heart of Tech Central.

You will be responsible for the facilities and technical services of this single asset.

About the role:

  • Coordinate and maintain building operations at optimum efficiency and cost effectiveness, adhering to customer and statutory requirements
  • Develop and implement onsite engineering and operational strategies to deliver leading edge service delivery solutions.
  • Promote, attend to and supervise the proper care of the building operations systems, installations, facilities and finishes in accordance with owner/building policies and procedures otherwise in accordance with CBRE policies and procedures
  • Ensure orders are issued and invoices processed in the defined time. A register of invoices, orders and requests for service is to be always maintained
  • Complete and submit to the Property Manager Building Operational Reports in the format and time schedule designated by the Manager
  • Actively participate in the budgeting process and provide high level advice on nonroutine and routine repairs and maintenance budgeting programs

About you:

  • Previous experience in a facilities, property, or related role
  • Sound working knowledge all property onsite facilities services, not limited to essential fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic and structural.
  • Contractor management experience within a commercial building environment highly advantageous
  • Excellent customer service and service delivery skills
  • Ability to manage several functions and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
