Job Description

The Position

You will collaborate with business units to support and implement Organon ANZ's digital marketing strategy, as well as lead the delivery of its priorities.

Your role will be crucial in maintaining synergy with the AP cluster, serving as a link to drive integration and coordination for specific projects and initiatives in AUS.

Additionally, you will be instrumental in exploring innovative approaches to engage with internal and external partners through digital channels.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy

  • Collaborate with business units on digital marketing strategies across ANZ channels, working closely with brand teams.
  • Coordinate with AP cluster stakeholders to streamline workflows, enhance cluster capabilities, and drive project delivery.
  • Assist marketing teams in developing digital media and PR plans, including SEO, SEM, and paid digital advertising campaigns.
  • Create HCP and consumer omnichannel journeys.
  • Conduct digital analysis and optimization.
  • Track and analyze data related to digital marketing activities.

Digital Project Execution

  • Manage end-to-end projects aligned with the strategy, from conceptualization to delivery, such as digital brand campaigns and enterprise projects.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and project management activities, collaborating with key stakeholders for successful outcomes.
  • Provide functional, technical, and creative support.
  • Ensure high compliance standards for omnichannel assets in accordance with local policies and guidelines, including Medicines Australia Code of Practice.
  • Implement metrics to monitor progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years in digital marketing, either in corporate or agency roles.
  • Preferably, experience in brand marketing or creative agencies.
  • Proficient in email, content, UX, SEO/SEM, paid social, and Omnichannel marketing.
  • Experience with eDM creation and email automation.
  • Preference for Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience or equivalent.

Skills & Competencies

  • Comprehensive skills in digital marketing strategy and execution, encompassing both technical and creative aspects.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills at various levels of complexity.
  • Strong project management abilities, highly organized, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to leverage data for decision-making, progress tracking, and planning future actions.
  • Relevant tertiary degree or qualifications in the digital marketing field.
