This position offers a 12-month contract with a high likelihood of extension. With a flexible hybrid work setup, you can enjoy a balanced work-life experience. The role is based in Geelong and includes some office presence. Open to Australian Citizens only.

About the Team

The Hypercare Team plays a vital role in the national rollout of the agency CRM. They also provide support during major and regular CRM releases.

Responsibilities of the Role

  • Interpreting intricate data and creating reports for senior leaders.
  • Leading collaboration meetings with Multi-Disciplinary Teams.
  • Conducting performance assessments and aiding team leaders in performance management.
  • Developing Jira queries to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Australian Citizenship (mandatory)
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Effective Stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in Jira
