Key Duties:
Serve as the initial point of contact, addressing inquiries and delivering customer supportConduct housing assessments and manage the maintenance of properties Manage tenant arrangements, adhering to departmental legislationMonitor and manage outstanding arrears, rent assessments, and refundsMaintain accurate customer and property recordsKey skills/experience required: Previous Property Management experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsResilience and ability to remain calm in challenging situationsPrevious experience as a customer service consultant handling challenging enquiries Ability to work independentlyExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to work in a fast paced environmentClass C Driver's License
This is an AO3 position, paying $46.27 per hour plus super. This is an ongoing temporary position, with an immediate start. The position has a standard 38 hour working week and is based in Robina.
