Your New Company/Role:

Join an established and fast-growing organization currently seeking an experienced Credit Controller to become part of their expanding team in Silverwater. This is a temporary full-time position lasting 3 months. Suited for individuals with prior exposure in credit control.

About the Opportunity / Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of a supportive Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating customer accounts
  • Following up on emails and invoices
  • Pursuing overdue accounts
  • Setting credit limits
  • Processing payments and reconciling customer accounts
  • Contributing to managing DSO figures
  • Handling contracts
  • Supporting various finance tasks

Ideal Profile: This role requires experience in end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Credit Control, backed by an Accounting background. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Formal education in Accounting/Finance or relevant field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with large ERP systems
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to work autonomously and initiate tasks
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment

Benefits:

  • $34 - $40 per hour + Super (based on experience)
  • Position is available until the end of August 2024
  • Located in Silverwater with onsite parking
