Your New Company/Role:

As one of the established and rapidly growing organization, my client is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their growing team, due to their remarkable track record and growth in their business based in Western Sydney. This is a 3 - 6 months temporary full time position. This role would be ideal for someone who has some exposure within the credit control function.

About the Opportunity / Responsibilities:

Reporting into a supportive and nurturing Manager:

Your duties include:

Reviewing new accounts - credit checkingCreating customer accounts in Coins and Simpro (ERP System) - but not a must haveFollow-up on outstanding and overdue debts & invoices by phone and emailUndertake general data-entry administrationPrepare and review Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reports and inform of outstanding invoicesGenerating financial statements and reports clearly detailing accounts receivable statusResolve invoice related client queriesCreate credit memos or reverse / revise invoicesAccurate processing of accounts and incoming paymentsReliably executing the timely sending of bill reminders and contacting clients to facilitate payment of invoices dueOther Ad Hoc duties Ideal Profile This opportunity is for someone who has experience within end-to-end Accounts Receivable/Credit Controller duties with an Accounting background. You will also bring: Diploma/Bachelors in Accounting/Finance or related work experiencePrior experience in a similar role ( 1 year or more )Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersExposure to large ERP systemsIntermediate Excel proficiency Good at time management and problem solving Ability to work under minimal supervision and self starterExposure working in a fast paced environment Benefits $34 - $40 per hour + Super (based on experience)Western Sydney locationOnsite parking available Great team culture and friendly environment5 days based in the office at the start If you have the required skills and experience needed for this position, kindly please click the 'Apply' button below.
