We have an exciting opportunity for a book enthusiast to join our dynamic digital team in Sydney. As part of a vibrant group of designers, marketers, video editors, and social media experts, you will craft and disseminate innovative video content that drives our campaigns and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Editing: Utilize Premiere Pro to tailor video content that meets the diverse needs of our readers and internal stakeholders.
  • Content Capture: Film and record engaging video and audio content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Talent Filming: Capture compelling footage of authors, internal staff, and other talents.
  • Post-Production: Enhance videos with color grading, audio and music integration, and simple text and animation.

About You:

  • Experience: Ideally, you have been producing video content for 1+ years, whether professionally or as a passion project.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in the Adobe CC Suite, primarily Premiere Pro. Experience with After Effects and livestreaming software like OBS is a bonus.
  • Growth Mindset: You are eager to learn and continuously improve your skills.
  • Team Player: Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Creative Feedback: Open to receiving and providing constructive feedback.

The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for producing online content, an enthusiasm for learning new skills, and experience producing content that is tailored to its audience.

Exceptional communication skills are a must, as you'll be expected to actively contribute your ideas to the broader team.
