Requirements:Previous experience in complaints management or Government advantageous (high volume complaints/customer service, e.g. telco, insurance)Ability to manage a high caseload, meeting deadlines and prioritising your own workStrong communication skills, both verbal and written Key qualities needed including being resilient, flexible, efficient, highly empathetic with strong attention to detailProficient in Word and Excel APS4 and APS5: Ministerial & Parliament Referral Complaints
Requirements:Previous experience in complaints management or with an MP Office advantageousThis team investigates/resolves matters referred to the Minister of this agencyKey qualities needed including being resilient, flexible, efficient, highly empathetic with strong attention to detailFormal communication skills both written and verbal as you will be dealing wtih Ministers and Members of ParliamentAbility to communicate confidently with a variety of stakeholders Specific role details: 37.5 standard hours per weekStarting mid-end MayYou must be an Australian Citizen to applyThis is a temporary contract, no leave entitlements applyIf successful you will be asked to undergo a police check and hold an NDIS Worker Screening CheckWhy Randstad:
