Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in Melbourne or Adelaide:
Client Manager
This role involves assisting Senior and Principal Account Executives in client services, including contact, administration, support, and business development. The position supports a portfolio of SME, Transport, and Specialty clients. Ideal candidates will have 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities include supporting portfolio management, developing and implementing risk management and insurance programs, building relationships with decision makers, understanding client needs, identifying beneficial products, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in general lines broking
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge and application of broking principles, client reports/proposals, and renewals
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service that exceeds expectations
