Randstad are on the lookout for experienced Civil Project Schedulers and Administrators for upcoming Projects in 2024

Key responsibilities

Create, maintain, and report on project schedulesMaintain integrity of integrated project schedules across designated sitesBuild relationships and support the objectives of Project Managers, Engineers, Design Managers, Construction Managers, Finance, Procurement, and Commercial teamsEngage in the project's development phase, tender stage, and delivery phase to ensure that scheduling aligns with overarching project objectives.Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project completion, addressing potential risks and delays.Identify, forecast, and manage project risks, ensuring onitor project variations and changes are escalated with leadersHelp develop master schedules and maintain baseline schedules.Processing requisitions, purchase orders,and produce fee / tender submissions Manage Employee Onboarding including record keeping, training coordination - ensuring that all personnel are correctly qualified, equipped, and performing on the project workMonitor timesheets and expense claims (including subcontractor claims)Prepare agendas, take notes and minutes in the meetings and distributeReviewing Civil design/construction plans (reviewing location of works against pipeline alignment, understanding the construction or activity methodology to be employed (including equipment and machinery)Maintain consistent and transparent communication regarding project progress.Ensure that all components of the project are delivered to approved work scopesGeneral Administration duties and Ad Hoc tasks What we are looking for: Previous Experience in Civil or Commercial Construction doing Scheduling/Coordination is essential* Qualifications in Project Management/Administration/Engineering highly desired Outstanding communication and interpersonal skillsHigh resilience to working under pressureProven experience producing high quality reports within timeframes.Commitment to health, safety, and best practiceExperience with SAP, SIMPRO, and Prokor beneficial Key benefits:
