Job Title: Senior Analyst, Employee Relations

Why We Need You

Qualtrics is seeking a proactive and collaborative Employee Relations Specialist to join our team in Provo. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering positive relationships between employees and the company. Acting as a bridge between staff and management, you will address employee concerns, handle issues, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, aiming to maintain a harmonious work environment.

  • Collaborate with leadership to provide guidance on people-related strategies, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.

Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve employee complaints and issues courteously and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Offer guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws, and educate employees on their rights and responsibilities.
  • Organize and execute employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Stay informed on employment laws and regulations, implement necessary policy changes, and ensure workplace inclusivity and fairness.
  • Assist managers in managing performance-related matters and provide guidance on disciplinary actions.
  • Mediate conflicts between employees and between employees and management, striving to find mutually acceptable solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases, adhering to privacy guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in employee relations or similar HR role
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Appropriate handling of confidential information with professionalism
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Business acumen and the capability to navigate complex organizational structures
  • Well-organized with a keen eye for detail and adept at multitasking
  • Proficiency in HRIS/HCM software
