We are seeking a candidate who can provide a high-quality, person-centered approach and administrative support in a state government department on the Gold Coast. You will offer a wide array of services and guidance related to applications, tenancy, and property management to members of the public and other stakeholders.

Key Duties:

Serve as the initial point of contact, addressing inquiries and delivering customer supportProcess interview requests and conduct housing assessmentsHandle customer responses and communication Ensure accurate information is recordedPerform home visits for property inspections as neededMonitor and manage outstanding arrears, rent assessments, and refundsProvide general administrative support
Key skills/experience required: Previous experience as a customer service consultant handling challenging enquiries Previous case management experiencePrevious property management experience High level of interpersonal and influential communication skills within a client-focussed and legislative environmentExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to work in a fast paced environmentResilience and ability to remain calm in challenging situationsClass C Driver's License
This is an AO3 position, paying $46.27 per hour plus super. This is an ongoing temporary position, with an immediate start. The position has a standard 38 hour working week and is based in Robina.
