Civil Structural Project Engineer- Leading Builder

The Civil and Structural Project Engineer is pivotal in designing, assessing, and overseeing the civil & structural aspects of construction projects. This role ensures that all structures are safe, durable, and optimally integrated with the environmental and operational requirements of the site.
Suitable candidates will be responsible for:
Assist in the procurement & installation of civil & structural components on site, ensuring they meet project specifications and Australian Standards. Manage and oversee civil & structural project elements, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget. Ensuring quality of works during installation of civil and structural systems on site. Ensure all installations comply with Australian local, state, and federal regulations, industry safety standards and project specifications. Work closely with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to align civil structural packages with the overall project goals.Candidates would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience.
Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (accredited by Engineers Australia if acquired overseas). Minimum of 5 years' experience in civil and structural engineering, including minimum of 3 years in Australia, specifically in a construction site setting. Proficient in using industry-standard software like AutoCAD. Proficiency in Revit and structural analysis tools e.g., Space Gass preferred. Strong understanding of the civil and structural electrical standards and safety regulations in Australia.
