Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Commercial Finance Manager to oversee their APAC entities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take charge of all FP&A and commercial business partnering functions within a fast-paced FMCG environment. The successful candidate will also have the responsibility of nurturing and developing two analysts, fostering a supportive and collaborative work culture. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to driving financial success.

Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of all FP&A and commercial business partnering functions, ensuring efficient operations and strategic decision making
  • Provide comprehensive financial advice and support to stakeholders across the APAC region
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes in alignment with corporate objectives
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of two analysts, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of financial reporting

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry, demonstrating strong financial acumen
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across various stakeholder groups
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • High level of commitment towards achieving organisational goals
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to finance management
