Randstad is excited to collaborate with one of Queensland's rapidly expanding civil contractors dedicated to executing civil infrastructure projects at multiple sites in Qld.

Currently, there is an open position for a Civil Project Manager to contribute to the company's growing portfolio. The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold qualifications in Engineering
  • Demonstrate expertise in civil projects such as roads, earthworks, and drainage
  • Possess strong commercial skills, including cost management and financial reporting
  • Have thorough knowledge of relevant health & safety regulations

As the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing effective leadership and guidance
  • Developing, implementing, and executing project plans, scopes, cost schedules, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Interpreting specifications, drawings, plans, construction methods, and procedures
  • Managing resources for work scope including labor, equipment, and materials, ensuring adherence to regulations
  • Handling client and stakeholder relationships and communications
  • Administering contracts and claims efficiently
  • Ensuring compliance with OH&S, contractual, and legal requirements

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as initiative, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently while contributing to the team's goal of surpassing service delivery expectations.
