The Position
- This is an onsite live-in role, full time, contract position preferrably for a couple. The complex is short term holiday complex, requiring an experienced management team.
The main functions of this role requires a hands on managing couple, managing staffing requirements, setting up and overseeing rosters, reporting to Body Corporate management and Partnership Directors, expertise and knowledge in all facets of Body Corporate, competent and proven skill base, pertaining to a busy four-and-a-half-star holiday building.
The successful management couple will be responsible for meeting the Key Performance Indicators of the day-to day organisation and co-ordination of the complex. It is important that the needs of guests and owners are met with a very high standard.

Pre Requisits
1.Previous experience in building management
2.RLA - QLD license or above
3.Registered - ABN.
Key Selection Criteria.
1.Demonstrated ability to understand all facets of Caretaking and Letting
2.Extensive knowledge of Body Corporate laws and procedures
3.Working knowledge of compliance, standards and statutory requirements associated with large accommodation buildings
4.Project management skills associated with managing maintenance works in a Body Corporate context
5.Previous experience reporting on Body corporate matters
6.Exceptional communication skills and customer service
7.Previous experience in managing short
- term letting
8.High computer literacy
9.Managing a trust account
10.Co-ordinate and supervise tradespeople
11.Invoicing and End of Month processing and reporting.
12.Monthly and Annual financial reporting and Budgeting
