About the role:
This is a full time position, temporary contract as a Mailroom Team Member with conversion to Full Time employment. You will be responsible for:
Mail sorting, collection and distribution
Receive, open, sort, record, scan, track and distribute all mail and deliveries to recipients
General office administration and other ad hoc duties
Assist Team Leader in collating incoming/outgoing mail and courier data
Know and comply with the company's Security, Health and Safety procedures and training
Your skills & experience:
Must have previous experience in a mailroom (prev exp in banking & financial services preferred)
Flexibility and adaptability with the ability to multitask and prioritise
Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to problem solve
Be self-driven and also follow instructions with the ability to work as part of a team
Basic PC skills
