About the Team
The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth.

We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Being 1st line support for Sales teams providing prompt assistance and troubleshooting for daily issues
  • Provide guidelines and trainings for Sales team
  • Develop and monitor Helpdesk performance indicators
  • Liaise with Sales teams and CRM teams to develop optimized CRMrelated and business processes
  • Stay uptodate with new CRM product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
  • Suggest sales process improvements based on insights from Helpdesk data
  • Drive processes standardisation projects across META and APAC markets personally on regular basis

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

  • BS degree in relevant field and experience within Sales Operations min of 12 years in IT/Digital industry
  • Motivated and a selfstarter, ability to work with limited supervision and in constantly changing environment
  • Hands on experience with CRM systems in B2B IT/Digital industry is required;
Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Excel and Power Point preferrably (BI system knowledge is a plus;)
  • Analytical and multitasking skills;
