Management, coaching and development of a team of 2-4 finance business partnersPartnering with senior stakeholders of this $1bn business unit to provide commercial finance insights based on performance Consolidation of financial results for the business unitIdentification of financial risk pertinent to the business and subsequent communication with non-finance managers in the business with a view to helping mitigate where possible Development and improvement of financial reporting frameworks that support strategic and operational needs to enable better business decisions Develop, maintain and enhance relationships between the finance function and the non-financial stakeholders across the business unit
To be successful in this role you will have
A recognised accountancy qualification (CA, CPA or equivalent)Prior experience managing a small teamA strong soft-skill set which includes ability to build and nurture business relationships with the ability to influence Excellent data visualisation experience with ability to build a narrative around financial performance A keen interest in getting out into the business to support strategic decision making
