Settlement Officer

Your new role

As a settlements officer you will be responsible for managing the settlement procedure from end-to-end for personal loan applications. You'll have a minimum of 12 months settlement experience and have the motivation to join and grow within a business who are continuously expanding.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

Being responsible for the end-to-end management of personal loan applications Producing loan documentation for customers and ensuring that all details are correct, while including the necessary documentation to settle Report issues to management where systems or documentation could be improved to ensure a smoother process Making outbound calls to ensure all customer information is correct and procedures are followed to settle Register / remove security interests using the PPSR Your skills and experience Minimum of 12 months settlement experienceYou're ambitious and excited by the prospect of joining a business growing rapidly Thrive in a changing environmentPositive attitude and motivated by providing high levels of customer service Confident and innovative Your benefits / What you'll get in return Competitive salary Well-being initiatives Flexible working opportunitiesLearning and development opportunitiesTeam events You will love working with them Your next step Does this sound like something you are interested in?
