As the Head Coach of our NBL1 Men's team, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional leadership, direction, and purpose to the team. The Head Coach will be responsible for the technical preparation of the team and will collaborate closely with Youth League coaches to identify and nurture upcoming talent within the association. The successful candidate will be entrusted to lead the flagship NBL1 program of Keilor Basketball Association.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that aligns with Keilor Basketball Association's values.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive training program to enhance the team's skills and performance.
- Strategise and implement effective game plans to compete in the NBL1 South Competition.
- Work collaboratively with assistant coaches and support staff to create a cohesive and high performing team environment.
- Mentor and motivate players to reach their full potential both on and off the court.
- Collaborate with other coaches within the association, the Director of Coaching and General Manager to ensure a seamless talent pathway for players to progress from Junior Programs, through Youth League to the NBL1 team.
