Lead ServiceNow Consultant

We are currently seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow Consultant, to work closely with our client to understand their needs and challenges relating to a global ServiceNow implementation. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing and implementing end to end ServiceNow solutions and must be comfortable with face to face stakeholder interactions. In addition to this you will have experience leading teams. This role will require you to work onsite from Melbourne CBD minimum 4 days a week.
This is a 12 month daily rate contract which has a high likelihood of extension.
Role Responsibilities:
Gather requirements and collaborate with the client to understand their business processes and needs Provide technical leadership to developers when designing and configuring ServiceNow solutions for clients to address their needs Provide guidance and recommendations on best practices for implementing and optimising ServiceNowRole Requirements:
Extensive experience with ServiceNow in a lead roleMust come from ServiceNow development background but this role will not involve you doing any direct developmentExperience leading team of developers and providing technical leadershipStrong understanding of ITSM and CMDBHands-on experience with the implementation of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customisation, and administrationMust be consultative with the ability to push back on the client around ServiceNow capabilities and limitationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to work independently
