About the Opportunity
EL1 Project Manager, 12-month contract with a possibility of renewal. This full-time position offers a flexible, hybrid work environment, ensuring a great work-life balance. While the role is based in Geelong or Richmond, some in-office time is required. Only Australian Citizens are eligible to apply.
About the Role
The Service Design Division works on process, platform, and practice solutions to address Agency priorities. The Division embeds co-design and a stakeholder-view of change into our ways of working, ensuring that our designs represent the greatest value to different audiences. The Division drives transparency into Agency decision-making through the consistency of the processes we design, the written guidance and communication.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Management: Develop, manage, and implement project plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with the Agency's project management framework.Project Governance & Integration: Contribute to project design, governance, and operational integration, ensuring projects meet deliverables on time and within budget.Research & Evaluation: Conduct research, review, and evaluate projects, particularly in specific operational or technical areas, to ensure quality and effectiveness.Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and review business cases, reports, and other documentation; oversee regular project reporting including status updates and exception reports.Risk & Budget Management: Manage project risks, budget, expenditure, and procurement, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and quality standards.
