Full time permanent, Monday to Friday work week, based 10 minutes from the Newcastle CBD with parking available.
Role overview: Manage incoming calls and emails from customers regarding requests for information, stock, purchasing and servicingCollaborate closely with External Sales Representatives and Engineers to meet customer needs effectivelyConvert leads & provide quotes to customers in a timely mannerGeneral parts interpretation (training and ongoing support provided)Process orders via the CRM systemDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders What we're looking for: Experience within a Sales Admin / Internal Sales role OR parts experience Strong administrative skills including experience working with CRM or ERP systems and Microsoft ExcelEffective communication skills with a focus on customer experience Experience working within a technical environment and/or aptitude for learning in a technical parts environment (products include, motors, breaks, valves supplied to Coal Loading companies) Training & ongoing support providedStrong time management, problem solving skills and attention to detail In return:
