This position will play a key role in driving change across a key organisational project related to the Implementation of new integrated organisational IT system (TechnologyOne)
The position will play a role in ensuring projects and change initiatives meet objectives, are on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This role will focus on the people's side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology and ways of working.
The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance. These improvements will increase benefit realisation, value creation and the achievement of results and outcomes.

Key Accountabilities of the Position
 Develop and implement a change strategy for each project to support adoption of the changes within the organisation.
 Develop and implement change management plans for each project that acknowledges the different aspects of the change process – analysis, plan, implementation, communicate and other associated change considerations.
 Develop change management processes and tools to support the integration and
engagement with change management principles.
 Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications and places relevant to change initiatives, working with the communication team.
 Prepare impact analyses and evaluation of the actual impact of changes, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
 Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics, and identify and manage anticipated resistance to change.
 Work collaboratively with the relevant Project Manager to integrate change management activities into project plans.
 Work with the People and Culture Unit to align activities with driving organisational culture change.
 Create and manage the input, collation and output of the change management reporting systems for delegated projects, including provide regular and ad hoc reports to satisfy individual project or corporate requirements.

Key Challenges
 Influencing and promoting an organisational culture of personal accountability to deliver on organisational change and people practices
 Assisting with development and integration of a customer focused business partnering model and the development and monitoring of key service delivery indicators.
 Coaching and influencing leaders across all levels and areas

Essential Selection Criteria:
 Significant experience working in a change management role to drive and deliver cultural and behavioural change
 Tertiary qualification in Change Management, Organisational Psychology or a related discipline. Relevant and /or equivalent experience will be considered.
 Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
 Experience with a range of complex medium and large-scale organisational change and culture programs
 An in depth understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
 Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project
lifecycle.
 Demonstrated influencing skills, including engaging a variety of stakeholders to achieve significant, enterprise-wide change
 Advanced communication skills, including excellent written and report writing skills, and the ability to craft and tailor written communications for a range of audiences
 Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation
