Key requirements needed:
Business process analysis: Proficiency in analysing and documenting current state versus future state process maps. Requirement gathering: Ability to elicit, document and manage business requirements into Epics and User Stories Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements Testing: Ability to undertake systems testing against defined acceptance criteria during the build and testing cycles of development Stakeholder engagement: Facilitating workshops with other stakeholders, Business Analysts, User Experience and User Interface (UX/UI) Designers and technology teams. Risk assessment: Identifying potential issues or risks, tracking problems, recommending alternatives, and escalating issues as appropriate. Desirables: Data analysis: Skill in analysing data to identify trends and insights Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile methodologies like Agile orKanban Business Analysis Tools: Knowledge of tools such asJira and Confluence for documentation andworkflow management Process Improvement: Experience in recommending and implementing process improvements
