Someone with the willingness to support a wide range of traffic-driving initiatives - Onsite merchandising, Email marketing, SEM, SEO, Content optimization through A/B testing etc.


The ideal candidate for this role will leverage strong quantitative skills, be comfortable dealing with significant ambiguity, have strong ownership, can work successfully across global teams, and have a good sense of metric based decision making.

You will need to be able to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment and communicate clearly and persuasively. This person should be able to drive focus and excellence within the channels they own and should have the ability to present results to - Senior Leadership

Key job responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement digital marketing initiatives.
  • Manage campaign scheduling around key seasonal and promotional events.
  • Dive deep and analyze results against KPIs, always seeking ways to optimize.
  • Own the endtoend development and execution of onsite experience plans for new product launches.
  • Run A/B testing experiments for customer facing onsite features.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ years of professional noninternship marketing experience
  • Online Marketing Experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA
  • Master's degree in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent
