Per un'azienda Leader nel settore Aerospazio stiamo ricercando un profilo Program Manager con conpetenze specifiche in ambito Cyber Security.

Descrizione della Posizione:

Gestire efficacemente un programma tecnico comprendendo le implicazioni economiche, i tempi di consegna, la gestione dei test, i programmi e la generazione di rapporti.Garantire la consegna del programma rispettando gli obiettivi di Costo, Tempo e Qualità. Risolvere le problematiche e gestire le questioni relative al programma. Essere responsabile del progresso del programma presso i vari organi decisionali. Contribuire al miglioramento e all'efficienza del Dipartimento.

Requisiti:

Esperienza professionale di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo, con comprovata esperienza nella gestione di programmi o iniziative legate alla sicurezza, oltre ad una forte esperienza nella gestione della consegna di progetti o flussi di lavoro complessi. Conoscenza approfondita dei sistemi spaziali e informatici e delle relative implicazioni per la sicurezza, con una solida conoscenza degli standard ECSS. Esperienza nel lavorare con team tecnici e non tecnici provenienti da diverse discipline e geografie. Fluente in inglese scritto e parlato, con preferibile conoscenza di un'altra lingua europea (francese o tedesco). Competenza nell'utilizzo degli strumenti MS Office Suite, inclusi MS Project. Forte esperienza nella gestione di progetti e persone, con abilità nella costruzione di relazioni solide con clienti e stakeholder di alto livello. Eccellenti capacità comunicative, con capacità di presentazione a livello dirigenziale e di gestione del lavoro sotto pressione mantenendo alta l'attenzione ai dettagli.

Requisiti nice to have:

Preferibile possesso di qualifiche in Gestione Programmi e Progetti come IPMA / PRINCE2 / PMI o equivalenti. Disponibilità a viaggiare, a lungo o breve termine, se necessario. Cittadinanza di uno Stato membro dell'Unione Europea. Possesso o idoneità per l'accesso ai segreti ESA/NATO/UE
