What is a typical day as a Guest Services Agent?


• Arrive and start the day with the collaborative and supportive team at the developed 14 Mill Street

Proudly and professionally wearing the Hilton brand of friendly and helpful service that has been curated for 50+ years in this Perth property


• Conduct reservation, check-in, and departure procedures for our valued guests with the highest customer service

Utilizing your computer skills and understanding of the operating systemMaking appropriate selections for guests and promoting the Hilton Honors rewards systemAssisting guests with charges and paymentsFollowing procedures and ensuring attention-to-detail for all data processing


• Fulfil comprehensive guest assistance and create unforgettable experiences

Responding promptly to all guest queries and special requests, offering unique solutionsAnswering all telephone and email correspondence, prioritizing urgent tasks and minimizing wait timesKnowing the hotel's facilities and services, going the extra mileRemaining calm and alert, being helpful to all guests and team members


• Work with the team and capitalize on the opportunity to thrive with the Hilton family

Communicating thoroughly and compassionately, ensuring we work as a supportive team and providing a united front for our guestsOperating safely for the best interests of all parties, making smart choices and remaining diligent in our serviceWelcoming all learning opportunities as they arise, creating a cultivating environment

Who is our ideal Guest Services Agent?


• Confident and professional personality, with an aptitude for hospitable service, teamwork, and patience


• Strong English writing/reading/speaking communication, with a bonus for those who are multilingual


• Proficient technology skills and attention-to-detail, with protection for confidential information


• Ability to work under pressure, act with tactfulness and diplomacy, and manage a variety of situations


• Experience and understanding of the hospitality industry, recognizing the importance of this role in the guest experience
