We are in search of a Senior Manager for our client's 1st Line Technology Risk & Compliance team. This role is crucial and plays a vital part in the structure of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a growing team, ensuring effective management and support.
- Showcase a solid background in technology and cyber risk, with expertise in data security and handling cyber incidents.
- Lead with a strategic approach, emphasizing operational team strategy, planning, and fostering credible working relationships.
- Directly engage with Technology General Managers, contributing to the strategic direction and reporting on progress.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in technology, preferably with a first-line tech risk background. Second Line of Defense experience will be taken into account.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing technology and cyber risks, with a preference for candidates knowledgeable in CPS 234.
- Showcased ability to handle significant change, making this role ideal for resilient and adaptable individuals.
- Superb people management skills, with the aptitude to build and nurture strong, credible relationships.
- A hands-on approach, combined with the capacity to think strategically and plan for the future.
