Due to business requirements, our client is looking for a talented Business Analysis Practice Lead to guide the organisation's BAs within the Centre of Excellence.
12 month contract, 2-3 days hybrid flexibility in Melbourne CBD.
What You'll Do:
Focus on BA service excellence, developing and refining business analysis methodologies, best practices, and standards.Establish a robust framework encompassing governance, standard/policy setting, and compliance assessment/monitoring of adoption across all technology initiatives.Foster a culture of collaboration between the BA capability and technology teams.Manage the register for current engagement, allocate resources, and ensure that the team is appropriately staffed for ongoing and upcoming projects. What You'll Need: Prior experience working in financial services, especially investment management/fund management/asset management.Experience in managing and leading Business Analysis practice / COE.Proven experience in delivering BA services through external providers such as managed services.Experience leading projects end-to-end using various methodologies with a heavy focus on agility.Experience working in a matrix organisation environment.Ability to oversee the delivery of large and complex technical initiatives.
