The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analysis Practice Lead to join our team and lead a Centre of Excellence (CoE) that provides deep SME capability, standards & best practices, methods and processes into technology teams delivering primarily into the Investment domain.
The Business Analysis Practice Lead will be responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts who will provide support to projects and scrum teams across key business lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, project management, and technology.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement business analysis standards and best practices across the organization
• Lead a team of Business Analysts and provide guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with technology teams to deliver high-quality business outcomes
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Identify and eliminate roadblocks to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements
• Qualified technology professional with demonstrable experience in business analysis and project management
• Certified Business Analyst (e.g. CBAP) and Agile practices
• Certificate in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
