We are looking for an experienced leader to be part of the IDEXX team in Australia & New Zealand as the Head of Corporate & Strategic Accounts. Reporting to the Senior Director of International Corporate Accounts, you will oversee the strategic direction and management of Corporate Account activities in ANZ and beyond, aiming to surpass customer expectations through long-lasting partnerships.

What to Expect:

  • Utilize your extensive senior experience to build strong C-suite level relationships that bring lasting value to key partners
  • Drive customer-centric plans and programs within the global Corporate Account center of excellence, involving all IDEXX functions and services
  • Offer valuable insights to local ANZ leadership to achieve market-leading value creation during a period of growth and evolution
  • Deliver strong commercial outcomes across revenue, margin, OPEX, and contract management

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, MBA, Commerce, or related field
  • Proven corporate account experience with a track record of success
  • Management of product and service-based portfolios
  • Collaboration in a global matrixed environment
  • Leadership experience locally and remotely
  • Passion for coaching, mentoring, and professional development
  • Sales and negotiation experience, including at a C-Suite level
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Background in veterinary, diagnostic, medical, or life science industry
