Step into a vital role as a labourer and be the backbone of our operations You'll ensure our job sites run like clockwork, playing a key part in cleaning and prepping construction areas, managing equipment, removing debris, digging trenches, and even operating heavy machinery when needed. Plus, bring your expertise in civil construction, maintenance, or infrastructure labouring to make every project a success

What You'll Need

You will have prior experience in a similar role, be reliable and take pride in your work.

Previous experience in a civil or construction environmentCurrent driver's licence and reliable transportWhite Card (Work Safety in the Construction Industry)Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screeningA strong sense of teamwork and commitment to safety, ensuring all work adheres to site safety procedures Desirable: Grader Operations experienceMR LicenseTraffic Control qualificationsAsphalt experience, especially as a Flocon operatorCarpentry or concreting skills Why Join Randstad?
