Civil Labourer Opportunity in Northern Tasmania

We are seeking a reliable and skilled civil labourer to join our dynamic crew in Northern Tasmania. As a civil labourer, you will work across various infrastructure projects, contributing to major developments in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of construction and maintenance projects
  • Operate mobile plant and machinery, with relevant tickets and licences
  • Participate in traffic control and management, ensuring site safety procedures are adhered to
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals and deadlines

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a civil labouring role
  • A current driver's licence and reliable transport
  • White Card (Workplace Safety in the Construction Industry)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening

Desirable Skills:

  • Mobile Plant and Machinery Operations (tickets/licences required)
  • MR/HR/HC Licence
  • Traffic Control and Traffic Management experience
  • Asphalt experience, especially Flocon operation
  • Carpentry and / or concreting skills
  • Pipelaying and or steel fixing skills
