What's the opportunity?
We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Education Content Designer to join our growing team.


In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to positively shape the online safety outcomes of millions of children worldwide by designing engaging and interactive lessons on digital citizenship, well-being, and social and emotional learning.

Working with stakeholders across Education & Wellbeing, the global cyber expert network, and the wider business, the Education Content Designers are responsible for creating engaging educational and informational resources for school communities globally, including online courses, teacher/student training content, classroom resources, and written content.


  • Conceptualise, design and develop engaging and interactive elearning courses on wellbeing, social and emotional learning, and digital citizenship.
  • Ensure content is aligned with educational standards and accessibility guidelines.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and reviews to ensure the accuracy, relevance and effectiveness of learning materials.
  • Provide highquality visual designs that scaffold complex concepts appropriately for the target audience which may include K12 students, staff and parents.
  • Collaborate with the Education and Engagement team as well as Subject Matter Experts to identify new or improved opportunities that add to our education offering.
  • Plan and develop student helpseeking and advice content pieces and media.
  • Maintain and develop our library of digital safety & wellbeing lesson plans and resources.
  • Contribute to the development of processes and resources to support the smooth running of projects that you are involved in.
  • Assist with LMS administrative duties including creating and managing content

Qualifications:

What you'll bring:

  • Experience teaching schoolaged children
  • At least 1 year experience in learning design or creating teaching resources
  • Strong technical problem solving skills
  • Experience working with Articulate Storyline preferred
  • Experience using Canva and Adobe Suite preferred
  • High level of graphic design skill and experience developing storyboards
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems

You'll have:

  • University degree in teaching, education or psychology
  • Qualifications in learning design and/or multimedia preferred
  • Strong abilities to communicate with and collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholder
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, agile environment and meet tight project deadlines.
