Owned by multinational developer, Far East Consortium, The Ritz-Carlton, Perth is a prominent anchor point within Perth's Elizabeth Quay development.

About the Role

Duties

  • Serve as a departmental role model or mentor by working alongside employees to perform technical or functional job duties.
  • Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards.
  • Wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
  • Use detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals at the appropriate levels to clean dishes.
  • Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.
  • Assist with department training requirements and coach and develop employees.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a stewarding team leader role required.
  • Unrestricted working rights for Australia
  • Nationally Recognised Food Safety Certification for Supervisors
