Our client is an established organisation in the disability services sector. They are seeking a full time Client Services Consultant to support and add value to their clients' experience.

Your Opportunity
This Client Management role is the initial point of contact for many clients.


You will work closely with the Clinical Services Team to ensure clients are receiving excellent customer service in accessing services within the NDIS.


This is not a clinical role - it is managing the complex administration around NDIS services and ensuring the best experience possible for clients living with a disability.

You will support clients by co-ordinating referrals and the intake process and ensure data is accurately recorded and updated.


You will utilise your NDIS funding experience to ensure invoicing is accurate and timely, and work with the clinical services and administration teams to ensure a seamless and efficient experience.


Working with a variety of stakeholders including, clients, clinicians and various insurers, you will foster relationships both internally and externally and add value at all levels.


Your Profile


You must be experienced in NDIS administration and understand service offerings including NDIS funding (and use of a portal), service agreements etc.

This role will suit someone who enjoys providing solutions to clients and juggling a large portfolio of clients whilst building deep relationships.


This role requires someone with high level organisational skills - it is a busy role and requires patience, a thorough understanding of NDIS funding and a solutions focused approach.

There is opportunity for growth in this role.

Your Benefits


This role is paying $65,000 to $70,000 plus super plus salary packaging (commercial equivalent of around $72,000 to $78,000 plus super).

Located near Parramatta, this is a full time role, Monday to Friday, with a hybrid working model - likely 2-3 days in the office and the rest from home.
