_About the Role_

  • We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our Payroll Team based in Melbourne. As a key member of the team, your experience and skills will ensure that timesheets are entered correctly and in a timely manner. This is a parttime position (3 days perweek). _

_Key Responsibilities will include:
_

- _Enter/Upload high volume of timesheets into SAP payroll_
- _Follow up on any inconsistencies or missing timesheets_
- _Liaise with Project Administrators for correct coding of timesheets_
- _Assist others in the team with timesheet entry to ensure payroll deadlines are met_
- _Process any changes required before sign-off_
- _Understand and answer basic queries relating to Enterprise Agreements (EA's) and Contract of Employment (COE's)._
- _Data entry for temporary labour hire employees and sub-contractors when required_
- _Address payroll queries in a timely manner_

_To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:_
- _Minimum 2 years' experience in time sheeting and payroll process_
- _Self-motivated and proactive with a high level of attention to detail_
- _Advanced Excel and computer skills_
- _SAP Experience (Advantageous)_
- _Strong attention to detail with accurate word processing and data entry skills_
- _Ability to prioritise, plan, organise and complete work within established deadlines_
