Job Description

In this role you will:

Ensure all guest maintenance requests are resolved quickly and professionally. Record all maintenance tasks performed as completed or incomplete, including any necessary reports for repairs or preventative schedules. Assist in the day-to-day maintenance requirements of the hotel. Carry out maintenance on mechanical equipment and water reticulation to ensure availability and reliability. Liaise with other departments to ensure guest rooms and other out of order areas are brought back into use as soon as possible. Ensure equipment is maintained, used and stored correctly. Qualifications

Successful candidates will:

Be self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised. Be able to prioritise tasks and follow specified procedures. Have the ability to work a variety of shifts across 7 days Experience in operating a variety of equipment, including small hand tools.

Previous experience in a similar role/hotel environment and a qualification in trade is preferred.
