We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Duty Technician - Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Guest Maintenance Requests
- Investigate and resolve guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Record Maintenance Tasks
- Accurately record all maintenance tasks performed, including completion status and any necessary reports.
- Assist with Day-to-Day Maintenance
- Support the maintenance team with day-to-day tasks, including equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain Equipment and Facilities
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained, used, and stored.
- Liaise with Other Departments
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest rooms and other areas are restored to service as quickly as possible.
Requirements
- Self-Motivation and Independence
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Task Prioritization and Procedure Following
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow established procedures.
- Shift Work and Equipment Operation
- Will to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends, and operate a range of equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Trade Qualification and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role or hotel environment, and a trade qualification, are highly desirable.
