The Role:

The Digital Marketing Assistant at Collins Debden Pty Ltd.

You will report to the General Manager.

  • Your employment will be on a
    Fulltime basis.
  • The duties of this position are set out in the below Job Description. You will be required to perform these duties, and any other duties the employer may assign to you, having regard to your skills, training, and experience.
  • You will be required to perform your duties at the
    Sydney office, or elsewhere as reasonably directed by the employer.
  • Your ordinary hours of work will be
    38 hours per week, plus any reasonable additional hours that are necessary to fulfil your duties or as otherwise required by the employer.

General Functions & Tasks:

  • Manage the daytoday running of ecommerce platforms to guarantee a smooth customer experience including, but not limited to:
  • Stock replenishment
  • Website updates and monitoring
  • New product uploads
  • Customer support for online orders.
  • Application of sale events
  • Liaise with external agencies to ensure paid search ads and social media campaigns are run in line with website events, new product releases and wider brand strategy.
  • Assist with analytical reporting of websites and sales platforms periodically.
  • Coordinate with various 3PL's to manage incoming and outgoing stock.
  • Blogger and Influencer outreach finding, contacting, liaising with and working with influencers to increase brand awareness and encourage sales conversion.
  • Digital asset creation assisting with creating of digital assets such as product imagery, and website banners through photoshoots, Photoshop (or similar).
  • Liaise with colleagues in UK, Australia and Singapore for sharing best practice.
  • Conduct regular audits on all online platforms to ensure all content is accurate, up to date, and optimized for the customer journey, including meeting regulatory and company branding requirement.
  • Developing an exceptionally high level of product & industry knowledge to ensure highest level of service is provided.
  • Strategically work & maintain relationships with accounts & customers to create/develop/initiate plans to maximise opportunities & market presence.
  • Undertake competitor analysis and recommend/implement actions whilst ensuring timely execution.
  • Support the General Manager in creating/implementing process/plans & ensuring successful daily operations of the business.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience with Klaviyo, Amazon & Shopify as a minimum.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word
  • Previous experience optimising and coordinating the delivery of new website projects including site design, content creation and migration, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Experience in developing content required for various digital channels and working with senior members of the business.
  • Experience/knowledge of the principles of responsive design and designing for mobile devices.
  • CRM setup, user engagement and optimisation to business requirements
  • High level of experience with SEO and managing supplier relationships.
  • Agility, Resilience & proven track record of success.
  • High level negotiation & influencing skills with the ability to provide advice at all levels within the business.
  • Strong analytical skills to use reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and sales data to create reports.
