This role will provide you with the opportunity to utilise your skills in the area of IT to provide support to the Manager IT Services with the delivery, support and operational maintenance the Information Technology (IT) services throughout Council.

What You'll Be Working On


This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is willing to maintain responsibility for the security, availability, operations and performance of all IT server and network infrastructure and systems.

You will provide professional, friendly and timely customer service (including hands on assistance) focusing on industry best practice.

What You'll Bring to the Role


To be successful in this role you will have Tertiary qualifications in an Information Technology discipline, and at least 5 years' experience in a Senior IT Infrastructure Role.


You will bring demonstrated and operational knowledge in system administration, network administration, SAN management and virtualisation technologies at a corporate level.


You will also have experience in the supervision and direction of staff and the ability to be a co-operative and supportive member of the team.


In addition to the above, you will also hold a valid Covid-19 vaccination certificate.
