The Company:
This venue, nestled in the hinterlands of the Sunshine Coast, is celebrated for its delicious barbecue offerings and lively atmosphere. The pub has become a favourite among locals and visitors, known for its commitment to quality, flavour, and a truly enjoyable dining experience.

The Role:
As the Sous Chef, you will work alongside the Head Chef to help steer the kitchen's daily operations. Your responsibilities will include running shifts, managing and mentoring the kitchen team, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Creative culinary skills with experience in menu development.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
